DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia and the size of your order.
Curve Fitness aims to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are packed the same day and dispatched the next business day. In some cases, same-day dispatch may be available. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside our direct control. Deliveries are made on business days only, during standard business hours.

COURIER PARTNERS

We work with a range of courier and freight partners, including:
Hunter Express, StarTrack, Border Express, TNT, Couriers Please, Northline, Allied Express,
Australia Post and various local courier services. To ensure safe and efficient delivery, orders may be delivered using a different courier at our discretion.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE DELIVERY

We deliver Australia-wide. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not
guaranteed. Curve Fitness AU does not offer compensation for deliveries that arrive later than estimated.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

All deliveries are authorised to leave at the delivery address unless otherwise instructed. Delivery instructions may be provided at checkout, but cannot be guaranteed.

DELIVERY DELAYS & LIABILITY

Curve Fitness AU is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier delays, accidents, weather events, or local disruptions. We are not responsible for any consequential loss resulting from delayed delivery.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES

If your delivery appears damaged, inspect the items before signing where possible. Notify the delivery driver and ensure damage is noted or photographed. Contact Curve Fitness AU promptly with photos and order details.

PO BOXES

We do not ship bulky goods to PO Boxes. Please contact us before ordering to arrange alternative delivery options.

FREE MELBOURNE METRO DELIVERY

Selected products include free delivery within the Melbourne Metro area. Eligibility is determined atcheckout. If free delivery is not available at checkout, it is not available for that address.

DELIVERY ACCESS & UNLOADING

Deliveries are made only to a safe, ground-level location. Drivers will not move items insidebuildings, upstairs, or into elevators. For bulky items, a helper must be available at the delivery address to assist with unloading.
