This page applies to finance, buy now pay later and payment option information made available by ATRS Pty Ltd (ABN 20 686 423 432) trading as Curve Fitness Australia, operating under the Curve Fitness brand ("Curve Fitness", "we", "us" or "our").

Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

1. Finance and buy now, pay later options

Curve Fitness may make finance or buy now, pay later options available from time to time through third-party providers.

Any such option is subject to the provider’s availability, eligibility criteria, approval process, terms, fees or charges, and privacy policy.

2. Third-party providers

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Curve Fitness is not the credit provider and does not provide financial product advice or credit assistance.

Where finance or buy now, pay later is offered, the arrangement is provided by an independent third-party provider. Any application, approval decision, repayment arrangement, account management and credit assessment are handled by that provider under its own terms and policies.

3. Eligibility and approval

Eligibility for finance or buy now, pay later is determined by the relevant provider.

Approval is not guaranteed.

Any statement on our website about finance availability is general information only and does not mean that a particular customer will be approved.

4. Fees, charges and repayments

Any fees, charges, interest, account costs, payment schedules, missed-payment consequences or other repayment obligations are determined by the relevant provider and will be set out in that provider’s terms.

Customers should carefully review the provider’s disclosure documents, contract terms and privacy policy before proceeding.

5. Orders and finance approval

Where a customer chooses to apply for finance or buy now, pay later, any order remains subject to our normal order acceptance process, stock availability, freight feasibility and payment/approval confirmation.

If a finance or buy now, pay later application is declined, incomplete, cancelled or reversed, we may decline or cancel the order unless another payment method is successfully completed.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to goods purchased from Curve Fitness continue to apply.

Any finance or buy now, pay later arrangement is separate from those rights.

7. Privacy

If you choose to apply for finance or buy now, pay later, your personal information may also be collected, used and disclosed by the relevant provider under its own privacy policy and terms.
