CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Curve Fitness AU offers change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

FAULTY ITEMS & AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the return is inspected. Refund timing depends on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be offered subject to stock availability.
